Passing on a game your group has played out
Completeness is the whole question. Say whether every card, token and insert is present, and whether anything has been sleeved or organised: a game that arrives ready to play is worth a great deal more to the next table than one that needs an inventory.
Expansions can travel with the base game or on their own, and both are useful listings. Somebody who already owns the base is hunting the expansion alone; somebody new to it wants the whole thing in one go.
Say how it plays and who it suited. Player count, length and weight tell another group in one line whether your game fits their table, and that is what turns a browse into a swap.
Photograph the box, the insert and the components laid out. Confirm everything is there, or say precisely what is not. Then describe the kind of game you would like next — the weight and the player count matter more than any particular title.

List the games your group has finished with and say what you would like to play next. We introduce you when the wants line up in both directions, and the two of you arrange the handover.
They are, and they are usually handed over in person rather than posted. Say on the listing that it needs collecting and we will match you with somebody near enough for that to be easy.
That is the normal state of a loved game and nobody expects otherwise. Confirm the components are all there, mention any wear on the box, and it will find a table that wants to play it.
